About the General Education Unit:
The General Education Unit was established by The University of Hong Kong in 1995 to provide whole-person education. It aims to create an intellectual and humanistic campus climate conducive to students personal growth, intellectual discussion, cultural interflow and art appreciation. Every year it invites more than 200 academics, professionals and experts to offer more than 30 non-credit bearing programmes on a wider variety of issues.
